2015 harvest is now sold out.  We thank you for your interest and look forward to the harvest in 2016!

Varieties from the 2015 harvest are offered as whole hop cones; sealed in nitrogen purged, low oxygen permeable clear bags in weights from 3 to 3.1 ounces. All hops have been maintained frozen below 10º F after initial processing.

Rhizomes planted in 2010 on the grounds of the Monastery are nurtured with care, solar powered irrigation, and water from the nearby Chama River. These hops have unique characteristics because of their genetic origins in China and Manchuria.
